1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Used Brands website, mobile application, or any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, buyers, and sellers.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility

To use Used Brands, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be a legal resident or authorized to transact in Qatar or the applicable GCC country.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• Not have been previously banned or suspended from the Platform.

By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3 User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Create only one account per person.
• Keep your login information secure and not share it with others.
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensure your account information remains accurate and up to date.

Used Brands is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure.

4 Buying on Used Brands

As a buyer, you agree to the following:

• All purchases are transactions directly between you and the seller. Used Brands facilitates the connection but is not a party to the sale.
• You are responsible for reviewing product listings carefully before making a purchase or contacting a seller.
• You must inspect items before completing a transaction, where possible.
• Once a deal is agreed upon, both parties are expected to honor the agreed price and terms.
• Attempting to manipulate, defraud, or harass sellers is strictly prohibited.

5 Selling on Used Brands

As a seller, you agree to:

• List only items you own and have the legal right to sell.
• Provide accurate, honest descriptions and genuine photos of your items.
• Disclose any defects, damage, or significant wear honestly in your listing.
• Honor agreed prices and not engage in price manipulation after a deal is initiated.
• Respond to buyer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• All listings are subject to review and approval by Used Brands before going live.

Sellers who repeatedly receive complaints or violate listing policies may have their accounts suspended or permanently banned.

6 Prohibited Items & Conduct

7 Payments & Fees

Used Brands may charge fees for certain services, including but not limited to featured listings or promoted posts. All applicable fees will be clearly communicated before any charge is applied.

• Basic listing on the Platform is free for individual sellers.
• Premium features (e.g., featured listings, promoted ads) may require payment.
• All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely through our approved payment partners.
• Transaction agreements between buyers and sellers (including cash, bank transfer, or in-person payment) are the sole responsibility of those parties.

8 Disputes & Returns

Used Brands is a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We do not directly mediate disputes between users. However:

• We encourage all parties to communicate openly and resolve issues directly.
• If a seller misrepresented a product, buyers are encouraged to report the listing to our support team.
• We reserve the right to suspend or ban users involved in fraudulent transactions.
• Return and refund policies are agreed between buyers and sellers individually, unless specified otherwise in the listing.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Used Brands and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss or damage resulting from transactions between buyers and sellers.
• Inaccurate or misleading product listings posted by users.
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at our sole discretion, without notice, for violations of these Terms & Conditions, applicable laws, or behavior that harms other users or the integrity of the Platform. You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team.

11 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
